On an annual basis, the Wright County Assessor's office reviews the estimated market value of your property to determine if changes in the real estate market or improvements to your warrant a change in the estimated market value. Each spring, the Wright County Assessor's office will mail a valuation notice informing property owners of the estimated market value and classification.
