NOTICE OF SPRINKLING RESTRICTIONS 
June 1st - September 30th 

The Joint Powers Water Board enforces water conservation to help protect our water resources. We also use this to keep our water towers at a level that allows for emergency services such as wildfires and house fires to have a sufficient water supply available. 

MANDATORY: 

• Odd addresses may ONLY water on odd calendar days 
• Even address may ONLY water on even calendar days 
• The day begins at midnight and ends at 11:59 pm 
• NO sprinkling between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm 
• Sprinkling fines start at $75 and go up by $25 for each additional violation 

 EXCEPTIONS:

• New sod or seed are exempt from only the odd/even calendar days. Time restrictions and fines for violations of this are still applicable. Over seeding is NOT included in this exception. 
• Hand watering is allowed at any time.
• Children may run in the sprinkler at any time.
