A 3.25% non-refundable convenience fee applies to all credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Venmo payments. This includes autopay and one-time payments made by phone, in person, or through Payment Services Network (PSN).

To avoid the fee, the City accepts cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check in person or by mail.
