Room Rentals

 
The City of Albertville is pleased to offer several rooms for rental. City Hall, located at 5959 Main Avenue NE, reserves rooms to many non-profit, business, social and special event groups in the community. Types of events suitable for City Hall include community group meetings, nonprofit events, workshops, showers, holiday gathering, etc.

• Multi-Purpose Room (capacity up to 50 people)
• Upper-Level Room (capacity up to 50 people) - residents only 
• West Conference Room (capacity up to 12 people) - residents only

Central Park Shelter & Fields

The City of Albertville is home to an abundance of beautiful community parks, Amenities include playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, and gazebos. Some special features in our parks system are a skate park, a fenced-in dog park, and a free lighted outdoor hockey rink during the winter. The majority of the parks also have walking and biking trails. 

Park space is on a first-come, first-served basis. The only spaces that can be reserved are the enclosed shelter and the two softball fields and one baseball field at Central Park. 

Central Park is located at 5801 Lander Ave NE. The park amenities include an enclosed park shelter (warming house in the winter), playground equipment, skate park, basketball court, gazebo, picnic tables, two softball fields and one baseball field, and hockey/skate rinks.

Fees

Starting January 1, 2026, a non-refundable 3.25% convenience fee will apply to all credit card, debit card, PayPal and Venmo payments, including autopay and one-time payments made by phone, person, or through Payment Services Network (PSN). The City's online payment system.

• Rental fees are determined based on the type of room, number of hours reserved and whether the renter is a resident, non-resident, or non-profit. View the Current Rental Rates
• A $250 Damage Deposit is required for all reservations and $10 Key Deposit (if key is required).
