Overview:
Evans Park, Inc. (Guardian Angels Engel Haus Senior Living) is proposing to construct an 87-unit independent living senior apartment building and common areas, to be attached to it's current 63-unit senior apartment building located at 5101 Kassel Avenue NE. The project includes indoor/conditioned parking, a town center, expanded dining and remodel of current commercial kitchen.
