City Hall Room Rentals

Full Community Room - newThe City of Albertville is pleased to offer room rentals at City Hall, located at 5959 Main Avenue NE. Our facilities are available to nonprofit organizations, businesses, community groups, and residents for a variety of events and gatherings. Types of events suitable for City Hall include group meetings, nonprofit events, workshops, showers, holiday gathering, etc.


Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and submit a Rental Application no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Rental fees are also due at least 14 days before the event.

Rental hours are limited to 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Rental hours include time for setup and cleanup.

Central Park Shelter & Fields

The City of Albertville is home to a variety of beautiful community parks offering amenities for all ages and interests. Park features throughout the city include playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, gazebos, walking and biking trails, and more. Special amenities within the park system include skate park, fenced dog park, and a free lighted outdoor hockey rink during the winter months. 

Park spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis unless otherwise noted. The only reservable facilities are the enclosed shelter and ball fields located Central Park.

Fees
Rental fees are determined based on the type of room, number of hours reserved and whether the renter is a resident, non-resident, or non-profit. View the Current Rental Rates

A $250 Damage Deposit is required for all reservations and $10 Key Deposit (if key is required). 

Please note: a 3.25% non-refundable convenience fee will apply 
to all credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Venmo payments.
