Starting January 1, 2026, a non-refundable 3.25% convenience fee will apply to all credit card, debit card, PayPal and Venmo payments, including autopay and one-time payments made by phone, person, or through Payment Services Network.  

The City also accepts cash, check, money order or cashier's check in person or via mail. 

The convenience fee is a part of a City-wide effort to help recover the costs of accepting credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and other online payment. We appreciate your understanding!
