Medart Inc. requested site and building plan approval for a project which will consists of two phases of development. Phase one will consist of 105,157 sq. ft. office/warehouse. with a future Phase 2 consisting of a 70,000 to 84,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion on a 12.9 acre site located near Interstate 94.
