InSite Development Services is proposing a three lot subdivision for the construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. KinderCare daycare facility at 5953 Labeaux Ave NE. The existing site is a 4.67 acre unplatted parcel which is proposed to be subdivided into three commercial lots.
