Heidi Ortiz submitted a development application for an amendment to the Shoppes of Prairie Run Planned Unit Development to allow for the construction of a 4832 sq. ft. restaurant and 2395 sq. ft. adjacent tenant bay on lot 1, block 2 Shoppes at Prairie Run 2.
